Kollman & Saucier represents and advises public and private sector employers in all aspects of labor relations. Our attorneys represent employers before all decision-makers and tribunals (arbitrators, mediators, National Labor Relations Board, state labor boards, and state and federal courts).

We counsel employers regarding election campaigns, union organizing, protected concerted activity, social media issues, NLRB elections, collective bargaining strategies, first and renewal contract negotiations, grievances and arbitrations, unfair labor practices, picketing, work stoppages, strikes, and corporate campaigns. Additionally, we advise clients on the labor law implications of changes in their business structure such as mergers and acquisitions.
